Happy Saturday loves!  Hope you had a wonderful Christmas and ready for the New Year!  I can't believe 2013 is almost over!  I am just stopping by to say a quick hello before meeting up with my friend for dinner.

After 6 months of waiting, I finally got my hands on this beautiful pair of Christian Louboutin Pigalle patent pumps.  It's a dream come true.  They are everything I expected and more.  I'm also really into leather pants at the moment so you might see a few more outfits with them in the future.

Thanks for reading and happy New Year!  xoxo

Happy Sunday my loves!  It's the last Sunday before Christmas!  Hope you got all your shopping done and ready to spend some quality time with friends and family.  I know I am!  I've been so busy lately catching up after my vacation that I have not had time to post.  The past two weekends I tried to take pictures but it snowed like crazy.  Today is the first day of winter and it feels like spring.  Temperature in the 70's!  It has been raining but I will take it!  Anything is better than the 20 something and snow we've been getting.

Since it was a beautiful day out, I decided to wear my sandals and t-shirt.  I just kept it simple and casual for a brunch with my friend Walter (who is also the photographer for my blog).  I'm also trying out a new lipstick I got awhile back.  It is a dark wine color but turned out to look more like a raspberry red in the pictures.  Also, I find myself really liking black recently.  I used to really stay away from it when I was younger but all I find myself wearing recently is black.  Isn't it funny how your taste changes over time.

Thanks for reading and have a very merry Christmas!  xoxo

Happy Thursday loves!  I'm back and finally caught up after my Bahamas getaway.  Hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving with lots of food and time with family (and shopping of course).

Here are some pictures from my trip with my mom.  We had such a wonderful time together eating and chatting the week away.  It was such a relaxing time and one of the reasons why I love cruises.

The first port day, we were in Port Canaveral Florida.  We went to Cocoa Beach and the famous Ron Jon surf shop.  It was sunny in the mid 70's.  We walked along time beach for awhile and enjoyed the view.  There were a ton of people getting surf lessons and surfing the waves but we decided to just do some sunbathing.

The second port day we were in Nassau Bahamas.  We also went to the beach this day and then walked around Atlantis and the shops nearby.  The beach was incredible.  The sand was so fine and clean it felt like flour under my feet.  It was uncharacteristically windy and the waves were too large to swim.  We were able to however dip our feet in and the water was surprisingly warm!

While days at sea, the cruise offers formal dining options and two of the nights were "cruise elegant" evenings.  Since I love to dress up, I took full advantage of this.  Below are my two "cruise elegant" outfits.  I'm slightly obsessed with red lipstick at the moment so I decided to keep my outfits more on the neutral side so the red would stand out.

On the last port day, we were in Freeport Bahamas.  We stayed really close to the ship and went around to the local shops.  There were tons of them lined up one right next to the other selling anything from bags to handmade jewelry to wood carved Tiki heads.  There was a guy selling fresh coconuts so I was able to experience fresh coconut water for the first time.  It was quite refreshing and tasty!

Happy Saturday lovelies!  Hope your weekend is going well so far.  I'm off on a week long cruise tomorrow so I'm just stopping by to say a quick hello before I leave.  I had a bunch of things I needed to do earlier in the day and finally have a few minutes to relax before dinner.  I am really looking forward to some warmer weather since it's been so cold here.

I am sharing today one of my favorite peplum tops.  I am always in the market for a good peplum and Torn by Ronny Kobo never disappoints.  I decided to pair it with my favorite Nine West Gamin suede pumps and my new Saint Laurent Belle de Jour Clutch.  This is actually my first Saint Laurent clutch if you can believe that.  I am totally in love with the rich red color and subtle logo design.  Everyone needs a classic red clutch and I've found mine.

Thanks for reading and see you in a week!  xoxo

Blouse: Joie | Jeans: Hudson | Jacket: Anine Bing (find it here) | Shoes: Valentino | Clutch: Louis Vuitton | Sunglasses: Chanel

Happy Wednesday lovelies!  I took some pics with my friend over the weekend with her awesome red car.  I love the color red, it is such a bold and fierce color.  Our outfits coordinated really well together which wasn't planned.  It also went great with the color of the car.  It was an unusually beautiful and warm fall day and we found a great spot in a nearby park for photos.

I loved her outfit from the leopard print sweater to her shoes.  Each piece was perfectly paired to create a beautiful and flawless look.  And the clutch..well, I just can't say enough about how much I love the clutch.  You can never go wrong with Louis Vuitton but this clutch is one of my favorite pieces of all time (which is saying a lot).

I decided to go with an all black ensemble and paired it with a white leather jacket.  I added my new Saint Laurent bag for a pop of color.  Sometimes, we just need that little detail to brighten up an outfit.  I love heels with the T-strap design and these Elizabeth and James Saucy pumps really caught my eye.  They are also rather comfortable which is a rare find when it comes to 4 inch heels.

Thanks for reading and enjoy the rest of your week!  xoxo

Happy Tuesday loves!  Hope your week is off to a fabulous start!  This cold weather has got me day dreaming about cozy must haves for the season so I thought I'd share with you some of my favorite items.  I mentioned in my previous post about my love for over sized sweaters.  I've had my eye on this Marc by Marc Jacobs sweater since it first came out.  It is a beautiful heather grey color which I think is a perfect match for this season's hottest color: oxblood.  Of course, any cold weather warrants a coat and I am particularly fond of this leather sleeved Mackage coat with an oversized collar.  Add a pair of leather booties, grab your favorite bag, and you are all set to brace the cold!

Thanks for reading and have a wonderful rest of the week!  xoxo

Sweater: Autumn Cashmere (other color options here) | Jeans: Paige | Gloves: Nordstrom (similar here) | Scarf: Wyatt (similar here and here) | Booties: old (similar here and here)

Happy Sunday lovelies!  Hope you enjoyed your weekend.  Today I am sharing with you one of my all time favorite sweaters.  I think a chunky sweater is a must in any fall wardrobe and I have found the perfect one!  I love this sweater so much I have it in three different colors.  The cozy and warm feeling I get when I wear it makes me want to just curl up in it.  I am also loving the fingerless gloves I got last year. They are great for keeping my hands warm but without being bulky.

Thanks for reading and have a wonderful week!

Happy Wednesday lovelies!  Hope your week is going well.  I am sharing a look from over the weekend.  I am really into fit and flare skirts.  I think they add a flirty and fun element to any outfit.  I decided to pair it with my favorite gold sequin blazer.  I just can't get over the beautiful intricate sequin detail on this piece!  I fall in love with it all over again each time I wear it (which is not often enough).  I decided to add some color to this outfit by wearing my new favorite red lipstick from Lancome.  You can check it out here in Red Haute.

Thanks for reading!  Have a great rest of the week!  xoxo
